Pay Online

Paying your PCN online is quick and easy using our secure online payment portal. All major credit & debit cards are accepted. To pay your PCN online, click the pay online button below.

Please call 03330 230 051 to make payment by debit or credit card. Lines are open 24 hours a day.

Before calling please ensure you have to hand your Parking Charge Notice Number (found at the top of your PCN) and your vehicle registration information.

Once the payment has been processed you will be advised of such and the notice will be updated on our system.

All major credit cards accepted. Card payments will appear on your statement as “NE Parking Ltd” and a charge may be incurred for use of credit or debit card.

Pay by Post

Cheque/Postal Orders should be made payable to “NE Parking Ltd” and clearly marked with the Parking Charge Notice Number (found at the top of your PCN) and Vehicle Registration Number on the reverse.

You should not send Cash in the post.

Please send the payment along with the tear off portion of the Parking Charge Notice, filled in with the amount you are paying, to;

As we cannot accept responsibility for payments not received at our office, we suggest that you send your postal payment by Recorded Delivery. This can be done from any post office and ensures that you can confirm the date that the payment was delivered.

Please note; we do not accept post dated cheques.

Bank Transfer

You can pay your PCN using your online banking or by going into your local branch and making a secure bank transfer direct to NE Parking Ltd. The details for the account payments should be made to are:

You must allow five working days for the payment to reach us. Please quote your Parking Charge Notice number on all payments.

Appeal Your PCN

Should you feel the PCN you have been given has been issued in error you have the right to appeal.

Details of the appeal process are included on the notification sent to drivers and can also be sent upon request: Email for further details.

Should you not be happy with the decision of our experts, you have the right to appeal to an Independent Appeals Service which is a completely independent service created to provide a neutrally biased opinion that we are compelled to adhere to. All appeals are fairly considered and decisions are made based on evidence supplied.
